All Spruced Up! Cottage, Outdoor Oasis, Coffee bar

All Spruced up! is a 3 bedroom 2 bath one level home that can sleep up to 7 people. This quaint cottage originally built in the 1950s has been fully renovated and furnished in 2025. It expresses a casual comfort filled with design touches that are inviting, familiar and boast all amenities. We want our guests to feel special on their vacation.

Living room and all bedrooms have their own Roku smart TV, plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, new mattresses and books and games for all ages. Kitchen is equipped with all basic supplies and gadgets for those who like to cook, has a stocked coffee/tea bar and a wine/cocktail area filled with bar accessories (shaker, muddler) and plenty of drink/plasticware. Just bring your favorite cocktail.

It has a large fenced in yard for your well behaved and loved doggie, as well as, an inviting outdoor area for grilling, eating and games. Outdoor dining for 6 people, 2 lounge chairs, a fire pit with 8 chairs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ten percent (10.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
